I saw a 60 minutes episode where they talked to people over 90. It was found that they ate in moderation and they did exercise but in spurts sort of speak. 40 min a day is ideal and it can be in 10 min increments-really interesting. I am hypoglycemic so no sugar, starch or caffeine.
